IndieBuddy is a platform for indie app developers to manage app reviews, support emails, keyword rankings, and revenue analytics. The Service includes both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled according to our payment provider's policies.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate reply suggestions and insights. AI-generated content is provided as-is without guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated replies before they are sent.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google Play, App Store, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndieBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
